1) Overview

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between PM Laba (“PM Laba”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and you (“you”, “Customer”, “User”) regarding the purchase and use of our digital course and related materials (the “Course”).

By purchasing the Course, submitting a form, clicking a checkbox such as “I agree to the Terms”, or accessing/using the Course materials, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not purchase or use the Course.

2) Eligibility (18+)

The Course is intended for individuals 18 years or older.
By purchasing, you confirm you are 18+ and have legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3) Definitions

  • Course — the PM Laba digital course (including content, templates, frameworks, guides, files, and any updates).

  • Materials — any videos, text, templates, PDFs, Notion pages, downloads, or other assets provided as part of the Course.

  • Access — the ability to view/use the Materials via Notion and/or links provided by PM Laba.

  • Platform — third-party platforms used to deliver the Course (e.g., Notion) and the payment provider (Ziina).

4) What you receive

After successful payment, you receive:

  1. Access to the Course Materials via Notion (typically through an invitation link or shared access method);

  2. Reasonable support for access issues via email at andrii@pmlaba.com.

PM Laba does not promise any specific outcomes (job offer, promotion, salary increase, etc.). Results depend on your effort, experience, and external factors.

5) Delivery & access rules

5.1 Delivery

The Course is delivered digitally. Access is provided after payment is confirmed (usually via a Notion invitation link or a shared access method).

5.2 Access duration (Lifetime access)

Access is provided for as long as PM Laba continues to maintain the Course, the Notion workspace, and the access method. We may update or restructure the Materials over time.

5.3 No accounts

We do not provide a personal user account or dashboard. Access is granted via a third-party platform (Notion). You are responsible for maintaining your own ability to access Notion and your email inbox.

5.4 Your responsibility

You must provide accurate contact details (especially your email). If you provide incorrect or unreachable details, we may be unable to deliver access or support.

6) Pricing & payment

6.1 Price

The current price is displayed on the checkout page on pmlaba.com at the time of purchase.

6.2 Payment provider

Payments are processed by Ziina, a third-party provider. PM Laba does not store full payment card details.

6.3 Taxes, currency, and third-party fees

Your bank or payment provider may apply taxes, fees, or currency conversion charges. PM Laba is not responsible for third-party fees or conversion rates.

7) Refund policy (All sales final)

All sales are final. Once access to the Course is delivered, no refunds will be provided, except where required by applicable law or if we are unable to deliver access.

To report a delivery issue, contact andrii@pmlaba.com and include the email used at checkout and the date of purchase.

8) Intellectual property & usage restrictions

All Course Materials are owned by PM Laba (or licensed to PM Laba) and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may use the Materials only for your personal, non-commercial use.

You must not:

  • share, resell, sublicense, distribute, or publish the Materials (including Notion links/pages/templates);

  • copy, reproduce, or create derivative copies of the Course in whole or in part for redistribution;

  • purchase “in a group” (group-buy) or share access with others;

  • upload the Materials to public or private repositories, drives, communities, forums, or messaging groups.

Violation may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may lead to legal action.

9) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • harass, abuse, or harm others (including in any community spaces, if applicable);

  • use the Course to violate laws or third-party rights;

  • attempt to bypass access controls, scrape content, or misuse invitations/links.

10) Disclaimers

The Course is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee that the Course will meet your specific needs or that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not provide legal, financial, or employment guarantees.

11) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • PM Laba is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, business, or opportunities.

  • PM Laba’s total liability for any claim relating to the Course will not exceed the amount you paid for the Course.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these limitations may not apply to you.

12) Changes to the Course and Terms

We may update the Materials and/or modify these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on pmlaba.com. Continued use of the Course after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms (especially sharing or reselling). In such cases, refunds are not provided.

14) Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai (UAE).
